We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes on a device owned or controlled by you.

The App is intended for learners of all ages. Users under the age of 13 ("Child Users") must have their use approved by a Parent or Legal Guardian.

If you are a Parent, you agree to be bound by these Terms in respect of your child’s use. You are responsible for monitoring your child’s access and ensuring they use the AR features safely. We implement a "Parental Gate" to ensure an adult is making all commercial transactions.

This App contains proprietary assets that are the exclusive property of SK Dev Studio.

All 3D models, textures, animations, and rigs are protected by copyright and international intellectual property laws. You are strictly prohibited from:

Extracting, "ripping," or downloading 3D assets (GLB, USDZ, etc.) from the App’s binary or local storage.

Using our models for 3D printing, game development, or any secondary creative work.

Using any part of the App’s content to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) or machine learning models.

The unique combination of our animal database, UI/UX design, and quiz logic is proprietary. You may not:

Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.

Create a "skin," "clone," or derivative application that mimics the functionality or visual style of Animal Compendium 3D.

Scrape our animal facts, stats, or authentic audio files for use in other databases.

Our AR features require physical interaction with your environment.

You must always remain aware of your surroundings. Do not use AR features in dangerous areas (e.g., near moving vehicles, stairs, balconies, or bodies of water).

Children should only use AR features under the direct supervision of an adult.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SK Dev Studio shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or death resulting from the use of our AR features or failure to follow safety guidelines.

Premium animals and features are unlocked via a subscription. These are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Some Subscriptions renew automatically. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period through your device's Store Account Settings.

All sales are final and are governed by the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Since digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer direct refunds. You must manage your subscription and any refund requests through your respective App Store account settings.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove animal models from the library at any time.

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose.

Interfere with the App’s security features.

Share or distribute "unlocked" versions of the App (APKs/IPAs) that bypass our subscription model.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for biological and scientific accuracy, we do not warrant that the facts, 3D representations, or animal sounds are 100% accurate or up-to-date.

In no event shall SK Dev Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or loss of device functionality) arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SK Dev Studio and its developers from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the App’s AR features.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App and its services without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms (specifically regarding intellectual property theft or reverse engineering).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamilnadu.
